Membership in the Marietta Business Association offers the opportunity to meet with other professionals for support, information, referrals and resources. Membership offers many benefits and is open to everyone who wants to make our city a better place to live and work.
Cooperative Advertising: Members participate in many advertising programs (cable, newspapers, periodicals, radio, magazines and other media) at discounted rates.
Listing on our Web Site: Each member is listed here, which is owned and operated by the MBA and linked to the City of Marietta and the Marietta Welcome Center & Visitors Bureau web sites.

Let's do lunch for FREE! : We meet at the
Mansour Community Center,
995 Roswell Street
in Marietta on the 1st Tuesday of the month from noon until 2:00 p.m. This is an informal networking time to eat lunch with fellow MBA members without being interrupted by a formal topic and speaker. Everyone who attends is given an opportunity to introduce themselves to the group. If you're schedule is tight, let us know so you can introduce yourself and slip out early.
Lunch is FREE for members and only $10 for guests.

Membership Meeting: We meet monthly at The Marlow House, 192 Church Street in Marietta from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. This meeting is held on Wednesday in the week following the Networking Lunch. Please check our CALENDAR OF EVENTS page for an exact date each month. A continental breakfast with juice and coffee is served. It’s a great opportunity to network and discuss ideas that will benefit your business. Door prizes are awarded and a 50/50 raffle is conducted to benefit the Food Pantry. Informative speakers are featured at each meeting, with topics that are relevant to your business. Everyone who attends is given an opportunity to introduce themselves to the group. If you're schedule is tight, let us know so you can introduce yourself and slip out early.
You are welcome to attend a meeting as our guest.
After Hours: MBA members host the monthly After Hours from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m., serving beer, wine, soft drinks, water and light hors d’oeuvres. This meeting is held on Thursday in the week following the Membership Meeting. Please check our CALENDAR OF EVENTS page for the location and an exact date each month.
The Marietta Business Association reimburses $150 of the cost of refreshments. Hosting the After Hours is an opportunity for members to showcase their location, products and/or services. The MBA promotes the event through the Marietta Business News, website and email announcements & reminders, introducing the business to people who might not otherwise visit the establishment.

Bimonthly Newsletter: A bi-monthly newsletter keeps members informed of current events, announcements and MBA activity. An MBA member is profiled and an updated member list is included in each issue.
Community Service: The MBA supports MUST Ministries, both financially and with community service projects, like the MUSTard Seed Classic Charity Golf Tournament. The Association participates in the Partners in Education program, benefiting Dunleith Elementary School and the Marietta Center for Advanced Academics. MBA members also volunteer to work the concession stand for the Marietta Blue Devils (MHS) football team for one home game a year.
Annual Events: The MBA presents "Art in the Park" attracting 20-30,000 people to Marietta over the Labor Day Weekend (3 days). We also present "Santa on the Square," always a hit with the kids, bringing families into Marietta for Holiday Shopping. We co-sponsor the "Glover Park Concert Series" during the spring and summer.
MBA Member Decal: Each member receives an MBA decal to display in your window, showing your community support and dedication to ethical business practices.
The Marietta Business Association is a great resource for your advertising, networking and educational needs and offers many opportunities to give back to your community.
